Yoga Trends is located in Westlake and Beachwood Ohio. We offer two unique programs - Barry Method and Wall Yoga. Barry Method is a blend of Yoga and Pilates on a gravity system like the Total Trainer. Two powerful regimens blended with Colette's specialized formula for dramatic, permanent effect. A whole body workout in a fraction of time compared to traditional exercise.
Colette's second program "Wall Yoga" takes yoga to a new level by the use of the wall to help establish solid Asanas (poses) which results in a more (upper body) toned and balanced body.
Hands on the floor and feet on the walls are a common sight in our Wall Yoga classes.
Colette and her teachers works with professional athletes as well as chronic disabilities and pain.

I have had back problems for most of my life. I have tried pain meds, PT, injections, and many Dr's with no luck. Then I started taking Colette's Barry method classes and the results are unbelievable! I have been taking classes for about 6 months, 1x a week and am almost pain free!
