This is not the kind of gym where you just show up, keep to yourself, workout and leave. The community of members are kind, talkative and friendly, and the coaches are engaging, motivational and super-hands-on during the classes teaching us proper form and pushing us to up our game in weight, speed or reps. Results Fitness offers an amazing 8-week program in January of each year called RISE UP, which focuses on reaching specific goals through nutrition training and consistent workouts. I've gone through that program twice now and it has completely changed the way I eat and workout. A definitely life changeer!
