It's our mission to serve great tasting, healthy, home-made food in a comfortable and relaxing cafe atmosphere while leaving a minimal footprint on our earth.
We use organic ingredients for almost every item on our menu. We buy our produce, when in season, from nearby farms to support local agriculture. Buying organic food is healthier because there are no hormones, chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, or anything artificial in your food. And organic farming not only benefits you, it also also replenishes the soil leaving it sustainable for future growth.
All of our containers are compostable, which means once they are disposed of they break down in a few months, whereas regular plastics take 500 years or more. And when designing our restaurant we have used as much recycled material as we could, or found smart ways to reuse things. Also if you eat-in we also provide dishes so there's less to throw away.
We donate a percentage of our proceeds to environmental organizations dedicated to our cause.
While not everyone wants to, or can, become a vegetarian or vegan we offer lots of food choices if you are (or what to try it out!).
