Patrick & Barbara Rice are considered two of the most talented photographers in the country and they frequently are asked to teach and lecture at photography schools and conventions across the United States and Canada. Combined, Patrick & Barbara Rice have been named Photographer Of The Year six times by the Society of Northern Ohio Professional Photographers and twice by the Akron Society of Professional Photographers as well as being named the Ohio Photographer of the Year in 2001.
Patrick & Barbara Rice were the first two photographers in Northern Ohio to earn the accolade of Photographic Mastery Degree from Wedding & Portrait Photographers International. Patrick Rice & Barbara Rice were the only wedding photographers from Ohio to be featured on the internationally acclaimed Photo Vision video education series – a series of instructional videotapes to teach individuals how to become better photographers.
