When I go to Options the staff greets me the the moment I enter, then they ask if I would tike anything to drink. Everyone is very friendly and makes your experience special, even when you have a different stylist they make you feel comfortable. Everyone is very experienced and does an excellent job, I always leave satisfied and happy with my results and looking forward to my next visit.
