At Nishkama Yoga we practice and teach without expectations so we can be a witness to the beauty the Universe has to offer to us on our mats and in our everyday lives. Love this place! The teachers give so much of themselves and have been very dear to me. I could not wish for a better introduction to a lifelong journey of learning and growth to become better human being.

Laura and the teachers at Nishkama go above and beyond making you feel comfortable in class, and afterwords by answering any questions. When you are at Nishkama everyone cares about helping you with your practice and it is a great community! You are not just a number.
