Thomas Kess started out in 1981 with a small pizza shop on Madison Ave. across from Lakewood High School. To make ends meet, he relied on pizza and video game sales. After years of hard work, attending the American baking Institute and visiting Chicago in the mid 80s he has brought back to Cleveland one of the most recognizable crusts in the area. Today Thomas Kess along with his business partner Lee Zannoni have managed to produce one of the best selling pizzas in the greater Cleveland area. The dough and sauce is made fresh daily. The ingredients that we use are the freshest and finest in the market.
